1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the XDrive mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use XDrive only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content.
• Distribute or post spam, unsolicited or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
• Attempt to bypass any measures of the application designed to prevent or restrict access.
• Use the platform to facilitate illegal transactions.

3. Marketplace Liability

XDrive acts solely as a venue to allow users to offer, sell, and buy vehicles, parts, and services. We are not a party to the transaction between buyers and sellers. We have no control over and do not guarantee:

• The existence, quality, safety, or legality of items advertised.
• The truth or accuracy of users' content or listings.
• The ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items.

You agree that XDrive is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of any such dealings.

4. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
